Grass 40 mm:First cut at minimum 28 mm; collect the clippings under wet conditions: only topping with Flymo-type mower.
Subsequent cuts:

Cylinder mower at minimum 10 - 12 mm (first season).

Frequency: 2 - 3 times/week.

Top dressing:Minimum 2.0 kg/m².
Overseeding:By hand.
Irrigation:Early morning or at night.
